These legal conditions regulate the permitted use of this website, whose legal owner is CLUB DE TENIS VALENCIA. These general conditions govern access to and use of the website made available to Internet users.

Ticket Purchases – Copa Faulcombridge
The ticket sales service for the Copa Faulcombridge tournament held at Club de Tenis Valencia is a paid service. All information regarding ticket prices is available on the official website www.copafbvalencia.com, where ticket purchases are managed.
Access to the venue is conditional upon possession of a valid ticket in good condition, which must be retained until leaving the venue. The organization shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated or falsified tickets.
Tickets purchased through unofficial channels are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may be denied access.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the cases expressly provided in the General Conditions. Inability to attend the tournament due to personal reasons will not constitute grounds for a refund.
The organization reserves the right to modify match schedules and programming due to unforeseen circumstances without entitlement to refund or compensation.
Match Suspension and Rescheduling
The Copa Faulcombridge tournament is held outdoors, therefore adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances may cause delays or changes to the match schedule.
If at least one match is completed during a session, the ticket will be considered fully used even if the remaining matches are modified or cancelled.
If no match is completed during the day, Club de Tenis Valencia will refund the ticket price minus management fees.
Refund requests must be made on the same day of the suspension by emailing entradas@copafbvalencia.com, including the ticket and proof of purchase.
Tournament Conduct Rules
Tickets are issued in accordance with the internal rules of Club de Tenis Valencia. Any breach of these rules or behavior that may cause disruption may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.
The continuous collection, transmission or publication of match data, statistics or results for commercial betting or gambling purposes is strictly prohibited.
Minors must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Access to the Central Court requires a valid ticket regardless of age.
The introduction of banners, symbols or messages inciting violence or hatred is prohibited. Alcohol, drugs or psychotropic substances are strictly forbidden.
The Club reserves the right of admission and may inspect bags, backpacks or personal belongings. Dangerous objects such as cans, bottles, laser pointers, whistles, bicycles or animals are not permitted.
The use of recording devices or photography equipment is limited to personal use only. Flash photography, tripods, video cameras and laptops are not permitted during matches.
By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded as part of the audience for broadcast or promotional purposes related to the tournament.
Right of Admission
Club de Tenis Valencia reserves the right of admission to the tournament venue. Anyone may be subject to security checks including inspection of bags or personal belongings.
Access will not be permitted to:
- Persons carrying dangerous objects.
- Persons carrying alcohol or prohibited substances.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Persons with animals (except certified assistance dogs).
Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of access or expulsion without refund.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners and are protected by law.
All intellectual and industrial property rights of the website and its contents (texts, images, videos, audio, design, software) belong to CLUB DE TENIS VALENCIA or to third parties who have authorized their use.
